2.1 Information You Provide

• Account information: name, email address, company name, and password when you register for the Service.
• Contact information: information you provide when you contact us for support or inquiries.
• Payment information: billing details processed securely by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment card details.

2.2 Amazon Seller Data (SP-API)

When you connect your Amazon Seller Central account to Mind & Mana, we access the following data through Amazon's Selling Partner API, as authorized by you:

• Order history, order status, and order detail data
• Product catalog data (ASINs, SKUs, listings, and pricing)
• Inventory levels, FBA shipments, and warehouse data
• Financial reports and settlement data
• Customer return and refund data
• Seller account performance metrics

This data is accessed solely to provide and improve the features of the Mind & Mana platform as described in our service terms. We do not use this data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to operating the Service.

2.3 Amazon Advertising Data (Advertising API)

When you connect your Amazon Advertising account, we access the following data through Amazon's Advertising API:

• Advertising campaign structure (campaigns, ad groups, keywords, targets)
• Campaign performance metrics (impressions, clicks, spend, sales, ACoS, ROAS)
• Search term reports and keyword data
• Budget and bid settings

We use this data to display advertising performance reports and to execute automated bid and keyword management rules that you configure within the platform. We do not share advertising data with third parties.

2.4 Usage Data

We collect standard server log data including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on the Service. This data is used to maintain platform security, diagnose technical issues, and improve the user experience.

5. Amazon SP-API and Advertising API Data Use Policy

Mind & Mana accesses Amazon data strictly in accordance with:

• Amazon's Selling Partner API Developer Agreement
• Amazon's Selling Partner API Acceptable Use Policy
• Amazon's Advertising API Usage Agreement

Specifically, we confirm the following:

• We do not use Amazon data to build competing products against Amazon.
• We do not aggregate anonymized data from multiple sellers to provide data services to third parties.
• We do not use Amazon data for targeted advertising to end consumers.
• We only request permission scopes necessary for the features actively used by the seller.
• We store Amazon-derived data only as long as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law.
• Sellers can revoke our API access at any time through their Amazon Seller Central or Advertising Console account settings.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your data, including:

• Encryption of data in transit using TLS/HTTPS
• Encryption of stored sensitive data at rest
• Role-based access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel
• Regular security reviews and vulnerability assessments
• Secure OAuth 2.0 token management for all Amazon API connections

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

Amazon-sourced data is retained for a period necessary to support historical reporting features, typically up to 24 months unless you request earlier deletion.
